I continue to hear credible reports of federal agencies implementing unwritten bans on telework as a reasonable accommodation. If you’re a federal worker with a disability who is ready, willing, and able to do the essential functions of your job from home but not from the office, and if your agency is telling you to either come in, burn your leave, or be counted AWOL, you need a lawyer and I can represent you.
